Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni was an American actor who is well-known for his part in the popular TV show Law & Order Special Victims Unit'. He discovered his love for acting from his days in the college classroom and then studied acting in The University of Colorado at Boulder. Although he's been active in both films and television, it is his characters in the smaller screen which earned him a cult fan following. He is able to portray characters of both the good and bad sides in the law enforcement system. He is able capture the audiences attention easily. His first television project, he played a serial murderer. Then, he played the character of an NYPD detective. He was repeatedly nominated for the prestigious Emmy Awards, and the PRISM Awards. He is known for his blue piercing eyes that have been an iconic feature and have helped to create a charismatic character for tough roles. In 2006, he was featured in the People's Magazine's Sexiest Men Alive list.
